Protect your information. Never email your password, full card number, CVV, cryptocurrency seed phrase, or unnecessary identity documents. LustMaker support will not ask for them.

Information that helps us investigate
- the email address associated with the account;
- the exact page URL, character ID, order ID, or transaction reference;
- the date, amount, currency, and product for a billing question;
- a concise description of what happened and the result you expected; and
- a screenshot with unrelated personal information hidden, if useful.
Urgent content reports
For suspected sexual content involving a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or imminent harm, use the report form and clearly identify the urgent category. Do not download or email suspected child sexual abuse material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Billing notes
Current LustMaker credit packs are one-time purchases unless a checkout expressly identifies a product as a recurring subscription. See the Refund Policy. A third-party payment provider may need to complete a refund or investigate a payment, and its processing time is outside our direct control.
