Safety & acceptable use
Content Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
One standard for public and private use. Private content is not published to the community, but it must still comply with this Policy.
This Policy applies to prompts, chats, character fields, uploads, generated images and videos, public submissions, names, tags, metadata, and other uses of LustMaker. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Adult-only requirement
Every user must be at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. Every person or character shown in sexual or fetish content must be clearly presented as an adult.
We prohibit sexual content involving, depicting, describing, role-playing, or suggesting:
- a person under 18, whether real, fictional, illustrated, AI-generated, or digitally altered;
- an age-ambiguous, childlike, or "barely legal" person where age or presentation creates reasonable doubt;
- age-play or an adult presented as a child for sexual purposes; or
- school grades, child-specific settings, uniforms, toys, family roles, or euphemisms used to sexualize a minor.
Writing “18” or “adult” does not cure content whose overall presentation depicts or strongly implies a minor.
2. Consent and exploitation
We prohibit sexual content that depicts or promotes rape, forced sex, coercion, incapacitation, sexual assault, non-consensual acts, trafficking, sexual slavery, blackmail, or exploitation. Labeling material as fantasy, role-play, or “consensual non-consent” does not make an otherwise prohibited depiction acceptable on LustMaker.
We also prohibit sexual content involving incest, bestiality, or a real person who did not consent to the creation and distribution of the sexual depiction.
3. Real people, identity, and intimate imagery
Do not upload or generate sexual content using the face, body, voice, identity, or likeness of a real person unless you have verifiable authority and all legally required consent. This includes celebrities, creators, private individuals, former partners, and people shown in source images.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, impersonation, hidden-camera material, doxxing, and attempts to identify or contact a depicted person are prohibited. We may request supporting rights and consent records before publication or during an investigation.
4. Violence, abuse, and illegal activity
We prohibit content that promotes or depicts sexualized torture, non-consensual mutilation, real-world severe abuse, terrorism, trafficking, or other unlawful exploitation. We also prohibit content that solicits criminal acts, facilitates contact with victims, or provides instructions intended to cause serious harm.
5. Rights and authenticity
You must own or have permission to use uploaded text, images, video, audio, trademarks, and other material. Do not submit pirated content, remove rights-management information, falsely claim authorship, or use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
6. Other prohibited use
- harassment, credible threats, hate-based abuse, or targeted humiliation of a real person;
- malware, phishing, fraud, spam, payment abuse, or evasion of technical safeguards;
- publishing personal data without a lawful reason;
- misrepresenting age, identity, consent, ownership, or review status; or
- attempting to re-upload or disguise content previously rejected or removed.
7. Public submission and manual review
Selecting “Public” submits a character and its associated public material for review. It does not make the content immediately visible. Until approval, a new submission remains available only to its creator and authorized reviewers. The creator may continue to use it privately while review is pending.
Review applies to the submitted version, including its text, prompts, tags, images, video, translations, and metadata. Editing a pending version invalidates that submission and requires resubmission. If an already-public character is edited, the last approved version may remain public while the new version awaits review.
Approval is not permanent permission to violate this Policy. We may later quarantine or remove content based on a report, new information, policy change, or legal requirement.
8. Enforcement
Depending on context and severity, we may reject publication, reduce visibility, quarantine or remove content, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse credits obtained through abuse, and notify payment partners or authorities where legally required or necessary to protect someone.
Service providers used to generate or process content may enforce their own safeguards in addition to this Policy. A provider refusal does not imply that other content is approved for publication.
9. Reporting
Report suspected violations through the content report form. If you are depicted in content and want it removed, use the takedown request form. Copyright owners should follow the Copyright Complaint Process.
Reports involving a possible minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or imminent danger should clearly state that concern so the report can be prioritized. More information appears in our Complaint and Takedown Policy.
10. Questions
Questions about this Policy may be sent to lustmakerteam@gmail.com. Do not email prohibited media unless an authorized reviewer specifically asks for evidence through a secure method.
