Complaint & Takedown Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Urgent safety issue? Clearly identify suspected minor sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or imminent danger in your report. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

1. What you can report

You may report public LustMaker content that you reasonably believe:

  • sexualizes a minor or an age-ambiguous person;
  • depicts non-consensual sexual conduct, exploitation, trafficking, incest, or bestiality;
  • uses a real person's likeness or intimate material without authorization;
  • violates privacy, publicity, trademark, or another legal right;
  • contains credible threats, unlawful abuse, or other violations of our Content Policy; or
  • depicts you and should be removed.

Copyright claims have additional requirements described in our Copyright Complaint Process.

2. How to submit

Use the content report form for a general policy complaint or the takedown request form if you are depicted or asserting a personal right. You may also email lustmakerteam@gmail.com.

Include:

  1. the exact LustMaker URL and, if available, the character or media identifier;
  2. the complaint category and a clear explanation;
  3. whether you are depicted, a rights holder, an authorized representative, or another reporter;
  4. a reliable way to contact you for necessary follow-up; and
  5. relevant evidence you are legally permitted to provide.

Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide the URL and description only. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data, or unnecessary identity documents by email.

3. What happens after a report

We record the report, assess priority, and assign it for human review. A report does not automatically remove content. An authorized reviewer may quarantine content while facts are checked, request more information, preserve relevant records, approve restoration, or remove content.

We aim to resolve ordinary complaints within seven business days after receipt. If essential information is missing, we may request it while taking any interim action supported by the information available. Suspected illegal content, minor sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, and urgent safety matters receive priority and may be restricted immediately after human review. Complex legal disputes may require additional follow-up, but we will document the status and any action taken.

4. Possible outcomes

  • no action where the report is unsupported or the content does not violate policy;
  • request for clarification or rights and consent evidence;
  • quarantine, editing restriction, visibility restriction, or permanent removal;
  • warning, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination; or
  • referral to a payment partner, service provider, or authority where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect someone.

We may give the reporter a high-level outcome where appropriate, but privacy, safety, and legal limits may prevent us from sharing internal evidence or account details.

5. Requests by depicted people

A person depicted in sexual content may request removal without creating a LustMaker account. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity, representation, or that the content depicts the requester. If sensitive verification is needed, wait for instructions rather than emailing identity documents without being asked.

We do not require a depicted person to prove copyright ownership in order to raise a consent, privacy, or likeness complaint.

6. Appeals

A content creator may ask us to reconsider a moderation decision by emailing support with the content or case identifier and a concise explanation. An authorized reviewer will consider the relevant content, policy, original decision, and any new information. Re-uploading or disguising removed content instead of using this process may lead to account restrictions.

7. Bad-faith reports

Reports must be accurate and made in good faith. Repeated false reports, forged evidence, impersonation, threats, or use of the process to harass another person may result in restrictions and may expose the reporter to legal liability.

8. Records and privacy

We retain complaint, review, action, and communication records as reasonably necessary for safety, repeat-infringer controls, payment-network reporting, disputes, and law. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy.
