Copyright Complaint Process

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This process is for copyright claims. If you are depicted in sexual content, your likeness was used without consent, or you are reporting another safety issue, use our Complaint & Takedown Policy instead.

1. Before submitting

Only a copyright owner or an authorized representative should submit a copyright complaint. Consider whether the use is licensed, public domain, or permitted by an applicable exception. A knowingly false claim may result in account restrictions and legal liability.

2. Required information

Submit through the copyright complaint form or email lustmakerteam@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Complaint.” Include:

  1. your full name and reliable contact information;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
  3. the exact LustMaker URL and enough information to locate each allegedly infringing item;
  4. an explanation of the rights you own or are authorized to enforce;
  5. a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law;
  6. a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, made under penalty of perjury where applicable; and
  7. your physical or valid electronic signature.

Attach only material you are legally permitted to share. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated identity documents.

3. Our response

We may ask for missing information, forward relevant portions of the complaint to the content provider, quarantine or remove the identified content, and record the action. An incomplete notice may delay review. Removal does not decide ownership; courts and other competent authorities resolve disputed legal rights.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed for a copyright complaint and you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with:

  1. your full name and reliable contact information;
  2. identification of the removed material and its former location;
  3. a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements applicable to the claim, if any; and
  5. your physical or valid electronic signature.

We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant. Where the applicable process permits, content may be restored unless the claimant timely confirms that it has started appropriate legal proceedings. We may decline restoration where the content independently violates our Content Policy.

5. Repeat infringement

We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We consider the nature, number, and outcome of complaints and counter-notices rather than treating every allegation as a final determination.

6. Other rights

Trademark, privacy, publicity, consent, impersonation, and non-consensual intimate imagery claims should use the takedown request form. Nothing in this process limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

7. Contact

Copyright correspondence should be directed to SparkShift Ltd., operator of LustMaker, at lustmakerteam@gmail.com. Verified company correspondence details required for a formal legal process may be requested through this channel.
